Bought my sons second Frog bike from Three54 because of the bikes being serviced. It filled me with a bit more confidence that the bike would be safe enough for my son to ride straight away which was a present for his 6th birthday. Upon delivery the gears were too difficult for my son to change. After sending a message I was advised to spray with WD40 (obviously not checked when serviced) this did nothing and so I decided to take the bike to be serviced at a shop local to me.
