Terrible communication and organisation. They confirmed a viewing with me but never showed up, leaving me waiting. I emailed and called—on the phone they told me to keep waiting, yet no one ever arrived. They never even messaged to apologise. Zero professionalism.

Tottally unprofessional The agent, Raj Hariharan, showed up more than 10 minutes late(she blamed the traffic ofcourse, while every other viewer including myself got there on time by car). Has absolute no knowledge about the the surrounding area of the property and the property itself but act like she knows it all, with an attitude. She showed 2 properties at once while we were only interested in one but we were forced to wait while others viewed the one that we aren't interested first. A total time waster.
