I have dealt with this business in the past, but have not been back for the last several years. I have a lifetime warranty on my car which broke down and I had it towed to the dealership. The service department rep Mike was very rude and talked down to me.I felt that I was totally ripped off by paying $158 to tell me that my battery was bad. I was thinking about getting a new Chrysler but will not deal with this place and I will tell everyone not to deal with them.
Today we bought a new van from Chaz. I appreciated Chaz's service. He was helpful, honest and patient. It was nice that he was understanding and never pressured us. He gave my husband and I an ample amount of time to discuss and cleared up any hesitancy and questions... thank you Chaz for being a great salesman! I highly recommend him!
Terrible staff, not transparent, not honest, classic car selling techniques and tricks. They don’t have your best interest in mind, they have their bottom dollar. Always remember that if you absolutely need to give them any money.
This is by far the best dealership to purchase a vehicle! Staff is friendly, attentive, and will work to get you the best deal for your budget.
I bought my Compass about 2 years ago, whenever I go in for service the employees are always very polite, make sure that I'm taken care of and answer any questions I need. They go above and beyond and I recommend them to anybody!
Chaz and Three Rivers are amazing!!! My parents needed to turn a lease in replace it with a new one and Chaz took excellent care of them through the whole process!!! I told them my situation. They listen understood and the rest is history. They was not just trying to take my money and run. They were very helpful. I highly recommend any and everyone to go there and get a car. That is how much faith I have in the people who work there.
