Actually NO STARS FOR THESE GUYS!! I was very insulted. From the time I showed up, I let the salesman know I wasn't here to be taken for an idiot. I was given 2 different figures on a trade in, then they added total cost of my current car loan in with the new car loan. In reality I wasn't getting anything for my trade in. The rebates were lower than I was offered at another dealership. I won't go back!!!! I will be contacting Dodge Corp., as well. If they can't help then I won't buy another Dodge again.
Everything about this dealership is the total opposite from all the rest! Exceptional service, sales, you name it! So glad to be a customer! And thank you Alex Danley, we love our new car!
