Absolutely the worst experience with a service department of any manufacturer. Why would you accept a diesel vehicle in for repair With no diesel mechanic? Not just no mechanic but “ we don’t even have the tools to work on your vehicle “ 3 recalls needed repaired “they did what they could”. I still have no idea what they actually did. The truck now has to be towed to a different dealership in Moon Township with a diesel mechanic for repair. Chrysler Customer Care gave me a rental so at least they are doing their part.
