NEVER USE I Took my 2012 jeep liberty up for service for no heat the service writer told me they would have to do a diagnostics test the diagnostics test showed that I needed a blend door actuator I gave them the approval to repair it I pick my vehicle up later that evening turn the heat on and still had NO HEAT i called the service department the next morning informed them that I just had work done on my vehicle for no heat I was told to bring the vehicle back up I received a phone call telling me it now needed a coolant fl... read more
I called to have an check engine light looked at and West Liberty Jeep Dealer refused to look at my Jeep Cherokee 2001. I can not believe dealer had a right to refuse to work in their own products! Nothing older than 10 year old was what service department stated!
I bought a brand new Jeep from here in April and my vehicle isn’t working. They take very long to service your vehicle. Now that my vehicle isn’t working I’m without transportation they will not accommodate me not even a loaner vehicle they stated that they do not have loaner vehicles and I should rent from enterprise. I’m very unhappy you’d think after almost dying twice they would be more helpful I would not ever ever buy from them again.
