Pitch black outside in parking lot. Has been that way since moving here in September 2023. Reported it to management in person and with an email. Was taken as a joke and subsequently nothing has been done about it. No pest control. Cockroaches as big as my thumb find their way inside. At night residents place garbage bags out front for pickup. At sunrise, the bags are found ripped apart by raccoons and possums and scattered all over the place. Yuk🤮. Best part is neighbors stay to themselves.
I move here February 2022, Maintenance is EXCELLENT, it is very quiet and I have friendly neighbors. I meet 1 man that has been here 15 years.. That says a lot. Several other people have been here many many years. I've just been here 1 year & 11 months as of November 2023 when I wrote this review.. This location is S UPER convenient to plenty grocery stores and lots of place to eat. Both are only few minutes away. PLUS, 2 banks near by & new hardware store close by & car wash. I lived here a little over 6 months was a great place.Very quite nice people.And rent prices was good for location about 10 minutes from DT...hated to leave had to go with job..
I have lived at Chastaine Park for ten years. The neighbors are great (no loud thumping cars at night). Plenty of parking. The maintenance man always comes the same day of an issue and always leaves a receipt to let you know it has been resolved. I have come to know the management staff very well. They are good Christian men who truly care about their business and the tenants.My neighbor was hospitalized and the secretary and I went to check on him. It is very family oriented here.
