There are 4 neighbors (two on second flr and two directly below them) in the building across from me that are very weird. I've been here a few years so I've seen some things. Them folks never come outside. Not to put out trash, get fresh air, or go to mailbox or buy groceries. Just saying..

What kind of apartments are these? No pest control and no a/c filter change.
PROBLEMS, My unit A/C repaired many times, HEATING unit my last winter never working correctly, I used 3 electric heaters for heat. 2 other tenants moved out before me with HEATING problem. Most units GAS hot water in Closet. After rain I saw poor drainage in front my apartment. This apartment is 50 years or older. Look at the back of apartment you see most have old AC-Heating units. Talk to neighbors at apartment if you see one.
