A truly wonderful and supportive medical service. The staff are incredibly kind, understanding, and always ready to help. I felt listened to and cared for, and their guidance made it much easier to access the help I needed. Highly recommended for anyone seeking compassionate and professional support.
I would give them 0 star as the receptionist spoke to me very rudely when I was enquiring about the prescription of my client with supported living, she said to me that there are 5 people in queue for waiting so she cannot wait for me to check my records, I requested her again and again that I am waiting since long in the queue for them to answer my call but she rejected it and I have to hang up without having any answers to my query.
