A truly wonderful and supportive medical service. The staff are incredibly kind, understanding, and always ready to help. I felt listened to and cared for, and their guidance made it much easier to access the help I needed. Highly recommended for anyone seeking compassionate and professional support.
I would give them 0 star as the receptionist spoke to me very rudely when I was enquiring about the prescription of my client with supported living, she said to me that there are 5 people in queue for waiting so she cannot wait for me to check my records, I requested her again and again that I am waiting since long in the queue for them to answer my call but she rejected it and I have to hang up without having any answers to my query.
I was completely impressed with their professionalism and care. Dr.Shah listened to you and explained everything will calm and patience. Thank you.
So impressed with the service I received from Thorpe Road surgery. I rang mid morning yesterday and explained to a very friendly receptionist that I was concerned with some health issues. She checked with the medical team and said I would receive a call from a doctor that afternoon. Dr Shah rang me as promised and after listening to my concerns he arranged for me to call into the surgery straight away to have tests done.
