This is a lovely warm group, who have a great support team. Claire is amazing and very supportive especially to those of us who have very busy lives and sometimes lose focus. I'd say please come and join us, you'll be delighted that you did!

Consultant Claire runs friendly, supportive groups and is there for you every step of the way. We all have our ups and downs but we have a very flexible plan and wise support from Claire and target members to rely on. Whatever the stumbling block, they will help you. Also, there is so much on line to keep us inspired, as well.

It started badly from my first visit, loosing weight isn’t easy and joining a group of strangers doesn’t make that any easier. Clare the leader was abrupt from the moment I arrived, during the initial introduction she kept snapping at me and the other new member for asking too many questions (3 between us). When that was finished we went into group/weigh - my questions remained unanswered. On exit I picked up a recipe book to look at “put that down, it isn’t yours” snapped the helper. The Slimming World plan really does work, it’s easy to follow and the food choices are limitless. 100% eating to plan will see you lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way.
