Rang regarding a job and he wouldn't tell me the rate of pay, really odd excuses but said he wouldn't be able to give as depends but wouldn't even give me a general idea very strange

I want to thank Thorough care for looking after my mother in law from 2020 until she rested in peace on the 28 of March 2023. The staff were amazing. She had her regular 4 carers who were so kind caring , compassionate and respectful. These carers would go above and beyond what you could imagine. She became their mum . she loved them so dearly and she would always call them my little oranges because of their uniform. Staff were usually on time. Horrendous company. Care what care they where enlisted to care for my mum when she came out of hospital. Care was non existent.

What an awful company. My mother in law needed carers after she came out of the hospital and the hospital set up this Care company. Omg absolutely terrible company how they are allowed to be operating is beyond me. They turn up when ever they want they never called to say they are going to be late or anything. I called the office and was spoken to very unpleasantly. I will be taking this further. I told them to not bother coming back. Please everyone stay away from this company at all cost.
