Worst dental clinic ever, rude staff
Shocking as usual! I called today at 13:29 to book an appointment with the nurse, I was 2nd in the queue. A few minutes later, I'm told I was 1st in the queue. The answerphone seemed to be struggling, and the music, went on and off a few times. I wasnt sure if it was working properly, but I held on as every few minutes it said i was 1st in the queue. Worst gp practice I’ve ever been to as a wheel chair user they don’t care about patients. Also when your late 5mins your booking cancelled but after your check in they make us wait half an hour for the doctor or nurse anyways how on earth does that make sense they never have enough staff then close the place down
Awful service, and need better receptionists who have a grasp on local medical services so that they can refer you to the right place.
