RecommendedAbsolutely love living here! Office staff and maintenance are all super friendly, accommodating and helpful as ever. I’m always greeted polity on the rare occasions i have to come in the office. I feel like every year i renew my lease, improvements are made to make sure living here is a place i can proudly call home! They do a great job here and i would suggest if you’re looking to settle in at thornhill, it’s a great decision to make.
Requests for maintenance clean-ups are pretty much ignored leaving the public space of certain building FILTHY. Very frustrating. And yeah, the Time Warner Cable $40/month for basic cable is the scam of all scams. I don't even watch local tv.

I have lived here for about 10 months now. HVAC seems to be a continuous issue. Wasn't warm enough in the winter and has broke twice this summer. I would say it has something to do with poor insulation and door and window seals. A $40 TWC basic tv package is included that you can't opt out of. Since the management change over the office staff has been less than stellar. They have closed the front office 30 minutes early at least 5 or 6 times that I have counted. With Glenwood traffic being as bad as it is this is a big issue... read more
