My mum was a Thornbury villa for a short time,she spent more time in hospital than at the home,the owner's were very happy to take her money whilst she was in hospital,we understood that they needed the money to keep it for mum, had to provide no meals or care but still wanted full amount,unfortunately my mum became very rowdy and dew to this we had to remove her,this caused myself and my wife a lot of stress,although they gave her a months notice they wanted her out asap,we had to pay extra to have someone to sit with her a... read more
Small friendly home
My mum was resident here. She said was pestered for money by the owner and staff. Since my mum died (unexpectedly and shortly after changing her will ) leaving them half of her estate, the staff and owners have refused to communicate with me for reasons unknown. Suspiciously they refuse to answer my letters and hang up when I call. In my experience they have been heartless and uncaring.
