Yesterday me and my partner hired a van to move to city center, when we got to the city center the back doors were broken and were not shutting to carry on our day moving into our place. We rang the office and informed the back doors were faulty and will not close. They gave us no help at all, then said to tie the doors shut and drive the van back to them.
