Probably the best cycle shop ever! Makers of the legendary Thorn bikes & almost certain to stock that obscure part you're after! Customer service is by far the best I've ever experienced. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I drove from Kent to Somerset to order my new Thorn and I am really glad I did. Sarah was superb, very knowledgeable and highly professional, she gave me a chance to try out a Thorn bike with a Rohloff hub, she looked in great detail at my current bike, she took all sort of measurements from me and my bike and spent a lot of time working out exactly how I liked to ride and what use the new bike would get. I am sure the bike she has ordered for me will be amazing, I can't wait to get it!
Thorn Bicycles and Sarah specifically never grew tired of me asking questions to get my bicycle spec'd out correctly. Incredibly well packed thus why my bicycle was safely delivered to the USA. Great experience over all.
I was out riding my Thorn / Rohloff touring bike yesterday and was reminded again what a great bike it is. And did I mention, it's now 18 years old. The original wheels, original bearings, original Rohloff - it just keeps going. The only thing I have replaced is brake pads, brake cables, rohloff cables. The quality shines through - not just of materials, but the way it was put together. For example the mechanic who fitted the mudguards did such a good job, I haven't tightened or touched them in 18 years.
