Seems to be complete luck of the draw with not much accountability from the company. We had a trial clean of a really poor standard (several rooms not hoovered or mopped, kitchen work surfaces not even wiped down, furniture not dusted). The company didn't check in post trial clean as promised, so I emailed stating we were very unimpressed and asked to trial a different cleaner.
