Thompsons Solicitors through the R.M.T union acted on my behalf after I was knocked off my pedal bike on my way to work. I was assigned Richard to my case. Such a terrible experience. - They never answer the phone - They take forever to get back to you or provide updates. - The online client platform is barley functioning. - customer service is non exsistent. I only used this solicitors due to their contract with my work union (huge mistake). However I will not be using the service again. Caused far too much stress and anxiety.
