they have taken the deposit and now have no blinds. 2 fitting dates cancelled and counting. fitters run completely independent to the customer service and no one knows what is going on. missed all deadlines promised in sales visit and now refusing a refund so we can move on.
I have never come across a company with such poor customer service. Considering they are supposed to be the best on the market, in my personal experience they are most definitely not. I’ve used several shutter companies in the past and have never had the issues I have experienced with Sanderson’s. My shutters were initially fitted before Christmas and I was promised that they would come back and finish them with trims etc a few days later. Overall I am very pleased with the finished product - window shutter looks superb! Fitting, Information and finance set up was great, would just of liked a bit more information at consultation stage, as there were other fitting options available that I was only made aware of at installation stage!
