Luke responded very quickly to my initial request to look at some damaged guttering and as part of the repair suggested the installation of a second downpipe connected to a new water butt. From accepting the quote, the work was quickly arranged with excellent communication throughout (even responding to a query on a Sunday night). The work was done to a high standard, and Luke even took the time to fix a problem with the existing water butt. Highly recommended.
They did a fantastic job, fixing a missing end cap and adding a new down pipe and sealing the joins where I was having leaks in my guttering. Very friendly, tidied up after themselves. Highly recommended.
Found these guys a couple of years ago when I had been let down elsewhere.I needed my chimney fixed & Luke suggested fitting cowls as well as I don’t use the fireplaces.Luke is so polite , great communication from start to finish.They came back today to fit another cowl that was needed.Only contacted them a couple of days ago so was impressed they could do it so quickly.I cannot fault this company , if and when I need anything else I won’t hesitate to contact them.Great job done by guys who care…
