As usual, I was greeted very nicely and acutally made eye contact with Julia, but that of course is a constant with Dr. Frank's staff. Julia explained a "team member" had "semi" retired and introduced me to a new employee who promptly took me back to the examining room. Within minutes, Dr. Frank came in with his smile. Very very few doctor's office staff greet you and most don't greet you with a smile. Dr. Frank and staff are friendly and professional. No need to worry about going to the dentist there.
I have enjoyed all the people that work for Dr. Frank. I am a special case, trust me on that! I have been going to his office for over 25 years. I get nothing but the best care.
