I had an emergency with a cracked tooth and the office staff returned my call right away. I was able to get an appointment the next morning and the tooth was repaired. I find everyone at Dr. Frank's office to be helpful, efficient, and professional.
I wouldn't say a visit to the dentist is my favorite thing to do, but Dr. Frank is a great dentist and has always taken very good care of me and my teeth. Then a word about Tena , she is my favorite hygienist and knows me and my quirky ways, like cleaning each tooth in order and not randomly jumping from top to bottom.
Just went in for my 6 month cleaning, I always receive excellent care and the staff is wonderful.
My hygienist, Kelly, is professional, thorough, knowledgable, compassionate, fun, the best.
I had an Awesome experience! I was so nervous about the visit new dentist, cost, and bad news if any. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Julia who made me feel VERY welcome and explained every detail of paper work and estimated cost. Which put me at ease. Then I was taken to the back by Barbara she was SO nice and gentle and explained everything she was doing as she prepared for me to be seen by Dr. Frank. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Tina is great, and I value Dr. Frank's expertise. I never mind going to the dentist!
