Everyone is extremely nice and courteous. Only complaint is from the 15 years I have been to Dr. Franks office I have yet to have an appointment start on time. They are always 5 to 10 minutes delayed which is very irritating.

They did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The appointment was not rushed and he procedure was explained patiently to me.
