We had a terrible and frustrating experience with this company. They caused us a lot of stress and wasted a lot of our time. The partner who dealt with our case was never available. We were fobbed off by the receptionist if we were lucky to get someone on the phone. Our phone calls weren't returned. Email enquiries were ignored. On one occasion our solicitor was kept on the line waiting for over 40 mins then the line dropped, then a recorded message came on saying 'the office is now closed'.
