Arranged visit to do me a quote on 4 radiators - he never turned up. I rang several times before arranged time to him and lady. Neither ever answered my calls. Both need lesson in customer service. If I could give no stars I would. He replied that he apologised. I have his text. HE DOES NOT APOLOGISE!
Responded very quickly to my phone call even though it was his day off.Came out the next day and resolved my issue straight away.I will definitely be using him again.Highly recommend.
