They guided us through the process, took great pics of our house to sell, great communication and became a little bit of a middle man for us sadly when things got a little difficult in the chain! Thomas James at ruddington estate agents are extremely helpful. Ryan managed to keep the sale process moving along smoothly despite the fact that the purchaser was a first time buyer and somewhat inexperienced. I cannot fault the service offered there in any way. Also, the team are extremely friendly and seem to work together extremely well. Although Ryan was the first port of call for me to discuss things, Denise and jenny were also extremely helpful.
Amazing service from the whole team! We both sold and purchased through Thomas James, Ruddington and the process from start to finish was seamless - the team were readily available and constantly up-to-date whenever we needed updates through the chain, they were always a pleasure to speak to and never made us feel like we were pestering. Would use again and highly recommend to anyone else.
