Unprofessional, shoddy work. Flashing is coming away almost immediately, and I'm still having issues. Would ignore me for weeks and then ring at 9pm on a Sunday, repeatedly, asking me to confirm whether I would be in the next day. If you are a woman this is very disconcerting, almost bordering on harassment. Absolutely do not use

Poor workmanship. They were supposed to grind out old mortar on the ridges and replace. It's now 1 1/2 years later and 70% has fallen off, taken off some tiles and it's all in the guttering.i can see they never did grind out the old mortar. They charged me £500 for it. Basically they just put mortar over old mortar. Avoid. I used them many years ago and they were overpriced but they done a good job on my bay window. Would not use them again.

If we could give them 0 star we would!! Shoddy craftsmanship and utterly shambolic communication to the point where they (Thomas Hedly) mainly just out right ignores messages and calls. TH did some work on a leak we had on our roofing 3 months back, unfortunately due to the poor workmanship , the leak was not fixed. We must have contacted TH around 10 times (after we paid him in full) to come back and repair the job we paid him for, unfortunately we have not had a response to any of our last messages after 3 months of chasin... read more

TH said they'd come and give me an estimate for my leaving roof TWICE. They failed to contact me OR to look at my roof. The guy who answers the phone is hopeless. It seemed an effort just to write my phone number down. A lot of sighing and moaning. AVOID
