I employed Thomas Hannah to serve notices to a non paying tenant which then proceeded to eviction. I dealt with Ian who was extremely knowledgeable and professional through the whole process. I was so stressed but Ian gave guidance and advised what would happen at each stage which calmed me down. I really cannot thank Ian enough for his guidance and assistance. Ian was also very kind and understanding to the tenant. I thoroughly recommend this company.
Brilliant service.
