Thomas glass measured my property for 3 windows in March 2023 on behalf of the local authority.My windows are like a wind orchestra, blowing my curtains out into my room and I have rain leaving puddles on my windowsill as the window leaks. End of October they said there had been an issue and the windows were not ordered,but would be ordered that day.
