I honestly hope no other parents choose to do their wills with Duntons. Your chosen beneficiaries can expect a very cold and unpleasant experience met with nothing but belittling emails from one of the partners and added expenses. Losing a loved one is hard enough.. I hope this review can prevent others from having to go through the same.
Unfortunately I had no choice but to complain about the service received from this firm, they advise they will endeavour to find a solution if a complaint is received. Sadly this was not the case, they try and move the blame towards the client. they failed to make any progress to my case over a two year period. But worst was to come, they gave confidential information away to the other side, putting me in danger! The case is now being investigated, I will update once I know the outcome.
