A very high 5☆recognition to Mr Mark McGuire(senior estate planner),he is a complete credit to Thomas Bradley & Co. His expertise in dealing with my 79yr old Mum with early dementia to set up her Will & affairs were done with great guidance & compassion. A bonus coming out to her home & returning on completed documents to be a witness, all in wich made it a more personalised professional experience. Do not use this company!!! Absolute charlatans!! Tried to con my aging parents out of thousands of pounds. Very hard sell. My parents are elderly and felt pushed into a payment plan that costed their needs 10times the price I found it online, tried to cancel the contract, they are doing anything they can to not refund the deposit, even though it was well within the 14 days. DO YOUR RESEARCH - much cheaper and better quality services elsewhere!!!!
From the moment I made the call, to my home visit and setting my very 1st Will in place, followed by correspondence and communication, have all been 5 star for me. Thank you to all who took me from A to B with that smooth transaction. I have been waiting from 1of may for my will to be completed. I have contacted them several times and it gets blamed on someone being sick. Disappointed is the word as also we have paid 6k in cash for a trust to be delivered too and still nothing since my elderly parents paid in cash out of their own money. There has been no update, nothing from them since they paid up front 2 months ago. We know this is a complicated process, but to hear nothing, not accepatable....I rang them and they just said it was with Beth....no updat... read more
