After a 3 hour appointment in May, finally received draft Will (31 July). It was full of errors, incorrect names, addresses, executors and wishes. It needs completely rewriting. So disappointed as we had every faith that all the information we had carefully given to their representative would be transferred into the draft wills. Understand it is a free service, we were giving a considerable % of our estate to charities, but the service was totally unacceptable. Would not recommend using this company. Hi i started to make a will with thomas bradley in febuary ,its is now july and my mums will has not been sorted,they never reply to my emails ,phoned on many times,spelling mistakes,made a complaint which was waste of time,i received a phone call to tell me it would be sorted ,but never happened,it should of took weeks not months,i have asked for a refund so i can go and sort my mums will somewhere else,which they said they said i would have to pay for a service which has been terrible from day one ,i have now got to phone ... read more
