From day one, Thistle vets care for my dog was second to none throughout various issues he encountered. Days after my dog had to get put down, I phoned asking for insurance information, although the receptionist named Wendy could not source this - her attitude over the phone was abhorrent, rude and the opposite of empathetic. This has totally tarnished my experience even though it was a well ran and professional practice.

Not the best vets to be fair. Only few people knows how to deal with a sick animals, the rest seems to be not fully qualified students. I have a feeling they are just to make money. My dog keep having a nasty vomiting and keep dirrerea for a good week and they just gave him a anti sick injection which fair enough stopped vomiting but he still have a dirrerea , stopped eat properly for a week with only having a wee nibble. I asked them for a antibiotics which helped last year for the same symptoms but instead gave him inject... read more

Thistle vets is a fantastic practice, with the most helpful and understanding staff from the moment you walk in to then seeing the vets, the care and support is next level, nothing is ever to much trouble, my boys have had some health issues lately and having to adjust and panicking with something the vets have been more than reassuring and helping myself and my family understand next steps and things that will/could help. Thanks from all the gang, you guys really are awesome ☺️
