The work carried out did not fix our issue, they used the wrong materials, over charged us, would not commit to emails and have since stopped communicating. This group also operates under different names - thistle roofing and stately roofing are two I’ve found since.
Overpriced. Charged me more than twice to get a third party in to do a job. Left waste material behind. Just had roof checked to find 3 broken tiles. Wouldn't agree to a contract, at best would provide wording in the quote to say they'd "make good" the roof. Insufficient in accuracy to the standard I'd have expected for £40k.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. 5 minutes before the appointment I called Joshua to make sure he was on his way, only to be told he was half an hour late. Therefore agreed to meet later the same day, again I texted 5 mins. Beforehand to confirm he was on time, he never came nor answered.
Guys are fantastic completed the work to a high standard from start to finish couldn’t recommend enough
