I have never tried cupping before or a proper sports massage, so came with little expectations. But the massage and cupping was great. I physically felt a shift as I was leaving, and less tense/knotted. Leo was great, made me feel comfortable and I would definately be coming back.
After my massage, I always leave feeling totally refreshed and wonder why I left it so long to book one. Essential self-care, which I thoroughly recommend!
