EDIT: we had been in our property for a year and then decided to move. Friendly people, good service (at first), then it all fell off a cliff…frustrating. Agreed to purchase a flat Summer 2024, vendors circumstances are complicated so there was lots of back and forth where initially Becky was communicative and responsive. After several months of issues (not the agents fault), all communication from Think dropped to near zero. I found Paul, Becky and the team at think very professional, friendly and helpful. They were extremely understanding and patient with the selling and purchasing of my mother in laws house especially when mid way through she suffered with her health resulting in a long hospital stay. Although our initial visit from Paul set us off on a good foot and we believed we were working with a company who set themselves apart from the other estate agents; once the offer was accepted all communication fell apart and complacency reared its ugly head. Getting any copies of paperwork took many emails and phone calls, having billboards put up or updated was the same.
