Awful company. Won’t leave my mum and dad alone despite them both being in their 80s, both having dementia, and my dad terminal cancer with days left to live. Have told them several times to never come round again and never call again, but they keep doing so anyway, trying to take advantage. Have spoken to them on the phone and explained the situation, which has been met with defensiveness and hostility. How this company is allowed to continue is beyond me.

Just tried to scam my elderly vulnerable Mum yet again! John Henderson was very intimidating and wasn't expecting me to turn up. I asked him to leave on several occasions to which he refused until I said I would call the police. I am going to call the police now and report them as they previously claimed to be Hybrid Homes and took £7000 from my Mum a few years ago. . The police did investigate and charged a few of these scammers, but they have set up yet again under a different name. My Mum never got any money back.

Engineer booked for visit arrived promptly and advised me of a problem and what I could do to fix it. Polite and no hassle when I was unable to progress the matter at the present time.

Just scammed my Mum out of £1000, pick on elderly people who don't have a clue what they are talking about, use scare tactics like you panels are producing too much power and surge the system, that their panel is not regulation. Will report to trading standards. Also when you try to get onto their website I get page is infected.
