Needed a simple repair for a pair of glasses. 5th optician I visited in Hemel Hempstead! Previous 4 weren’t really interested but, to be fair, 1 was closed for lunch. Thie Opticians took on the task without question and completed the job within 24 hours. Friendly staff, made me feel very welcome shop was homely and the staff excellent. I will not be going anywhere else for my optical needs in future!

I went here for an emergency appointment today, I’d never been before, it was so lovely I can’t imagine going anywhere else now!
