They have a mandatory 6 month break clause that they don't tell you about until they send you the lease to be signed. They're very unethical. Contrary to what they say below, I passed referencing, and my accountant signed off on my income which was substantially more than what was required. Additionally, I have savings, which they never asked about. Theydon's told me that they include 6 month break clauses in all of their contracts as standard.
