Recently had thermoflo in to fit a new combi boiler with nest thermostat and new radiator’s. Fair price, fast service, reliable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Definitely would recommend.
Used this company since 2020 and never had a problem, until had a new boiler on thermo flo heating system fitted and they managed to get water on the circuit board and fry the system, so have another huge repair bill with another company …they should have been honest, we are reasonable people and they should have come clean and not make excuses, not happy…
Really pleased with the response time and quality of the repair carried out, so much so I have asked for follow up work and will be keeping the contact details for future needs. Great service and took the time to explain what was being done and justifying what needed to be done.
