Excellent company. Prior to ordering our new wood burner we contacted the sales team who were super helpful and talked us through all the options and made some great recommendations which weren't driven by profit! We then placed our order and the installation went ahead. The installation team were friendly, super clean and tidy and the finished installation looks amazing. Would definitely recommend this company, especially after having a shocking experience with a different company that we tried before Thermaheat.
Called this company about lining our chimney. A disinterested guy on the end of the phone, who obviously didn't like his job that day said they were too busy. I got the impression they're not interested because they didn't fit the stove, and chimney lining is not what they do, even though they fit stoves. The not so cheery chap also had no useful information on where else to go l. I won't recommend this company to make a cup of tea.
