I have met Ms Yasmeen Jania through Therapy Central, during one of the darkest times of my life, and I am thankful for having had the chance to have sessions with her. I have been working with Nicholas at Therapy Central for over a year now. I started the process with a lot of scepticism, however it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. Nicholas has been extremely patient, understanding and has pushed me just the right amount. I went to him during one of the hardest times of my life and I am quite sure, I wouldn’t be happier and healthier without his support and knowledge.
Absolutely recommend Therapy Central, and Anna in particular. Over the 20 sessions we built up a strong relationship and covered topics and areas that I had not previously realised even existed. Our first session (online) was great. We were given a second appointment 2 weeks after which we actually forgot to cancel. We were expecting at least an email reminder of our next session, and we also thought that we would need to pay upfront before each session. We ended up receiving a Zoom link just 15 minutes before our appointment! All in all, bear in mind that once the practice makes you pay once, they store your credit/debit card details so they can charge you very easily without even notifying you of your next appoint... read more
