READ!!!!!! I had no choice to leave 0 stars. So I had to give 1, Theori housing working along side Southwark council and wherever else as a team are absolutely disgusting. First of all, there are rats and cockroaches so anyone looking at them as an option it’s a hard no if you can use this review to get a reconsidered option DO IT NOW. Hi, I am your neighbour to your site here in highams park. Most of your working practice and staff are peaceful and respectful to their surroundings. We especially can remember your work party last year which was great to see you bringing people together. However, we are not happy with your front yard cleaning processes as well as your cleaner using his or your work van to listen to his music in a banging loud volume. I don't know why this company having such a bed reviews I found them is number 1 Where as their services were first class I was their tenant for 6 years Did not found any bad feelings where as any things broken they fix it as soon as possible
The worst service ever, call it bad service it like writing nothing about it. Avoid at all costs. they can make your life a real hell, gaslighting is the norm there.
