Huge disappointment. I wanted a special bouquet for my daughter pretending to be from her three sons, aged 6, 4 and 2 and to be a surprise. I was to be called when the flowers were to be delivered. No one bothered to telephone and my daughter rang me puzzed in the late afternoon wondering who they were from since one child's name had been omitted entirely and one was a peculiar name they the shop must have made up.
