This place is absolutely ridiculous. They've made my mental health worse. I waited 6 months with no medication for an appointment and they cancelled it 2 weeks before. Of course they did! I'm not sure what to do now. I feel abandoned by them. My GP has written in, even the police called them. Nothing! All I got was a phone call from some guy I couldn't understand, and nor could he me. I guess I'll just carry on living in hell Whilst they twiddle their thumbs. Thanks a lot Zinnia Centre. Thanks for nothing
I am Um e Khatija brother.she was admitted in Lavender ward and got discharge 2 months ago.really happy to tell you all that she has recovered and back to normal life with blessing of god hard work caring and patient of all staff worker and doctors correct medicine.You guys are real hero's..thank you all
I think there has been some noticeble improvement regarding reception staff, much more kind, caring and polite. However the phone system is very flawed, you go round in circles. They also don't call you back for days when you ask for duty, which isn't acceptable, in my opinion.
What an absolute joke this place is. If your having mental health issues DO NOT GO HERE, this place will give you mental health problems on top of your mental health problems. Everyone single staff member is rude! Want to call them? Don't bother, they will just hang up on you.
Would give 0 stars if I could, the staff is absolutely disgraceful and they will check all your belongings without even tell you where they are, they will steal from you and treat you like an animal not listening to your concerns and fill you up with medicines and injections. I hope someone take serious action against them and finally shut this place down.
