Tried calling duty worker due to crisis, couldn’t get through.
From the moment you reach The Zinnia Centre you are greeted by a very rude security guard, then reception staff that are equally unhelpful. Before I have even had my appointment I feel my mood darken. Why do staff feel it is ok to speak to service users in such a manner. I would like to see changes in this horrendous approach to people with Mental Health conditions.
What a waste of space this place is, could be a nice nursery this place.

They don’t even answer their calls .. what a place to have somewhere local but don’t wanna be answering phone calls when they are open!!
