Really love this wellbeing space in the middle of Spalding. I found it soon after moving here recently and it is so friendly and welcoming. The classes are really good and suit a range of abilities with excellent instructors. A really interesting range of weekend sessions too.
An amazing experience, felt deeply relaxed and content. I would definitely recommend.
Lovely space for yoga etc but it does involve going up a flight of stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues

The ladies here are amazingly welcome, there are classes to suit all. The room is warm and welcoming and definitely somewhere you can forget for a short time about your worries. I always leave my yoga session ready for a good night's sleep and feeling much more relaxed then when I started the session. Highly recommend looking them up and seeing if they have a session to suit yourself. There is a Facebook page.
