Just brilliant. Not only was Clair professional, efficient and supportive in responding to my urgent requirements but she also took the time and trouble to find out about me and my particular needs. I very rarely leave reviews, but after dealing with Clair recently the extra effort she went to to help me arrange my mortgage I think she more than deserves a positive review. I highly recommend using her. Very good all round service. Thanks again Clair.

Clair at Zen Den has been brilliant. Great knowledge of market & situation of interest rates. Presented different mortgages to review and consider best for me. House purchase has taken a while to go through during that time rates have fallen (every cloud) and Clair proactively sought a better deal than original mortgage offer. Very happy with service and interest in getting a better deal for me. Confidently recommend Clair! Thanks

Clair has helped us on a number of occasions when we moved house and again when we wanted additional borrowing to start our extension. She also helped set up new life insurance policies for us both each time. She's always great to deal with and a real help when things get a bit confusing!
