I have been seeing Rachel for Acupuncture for some time now and I always leave feeling much better than when I came in. I was originally looking for a local acupuncturist for a client of mine but it ended up being me who needed her treatments :) Rachel is extremely knowledgeable and tailors the treatment to what I need on that day. Acupuncture, cupping and heat treatments have been incorporated in a session. Her space is very inviting and she has a lovely manner. I'm so pleased I found her and I would highly recommend.
I started having acupuncture with Rachel in February and I've now had 6 sessions. I've had nausea and sinus problems since I had covid last year and my body just felt really unbalanced from being poorly for a long time and it impacted on my mental health too. The sessions have already made such a difference for my nausea and sinuses, I can feel progress each week. She has also helped massively in helping me manage the side effects of my medication.
