Came in with my partner yesterday as it was fire work night, wanted some things, lady was an absolute pleasure and so kind! She helped us and even give us advice on things and also worked around our budget! Lovely lady and lovely people Skills! Thank you! The night was amazing! Kids had an absloute blast!! 💥
Absolutely disgusting mons rude person I've ever met orderd kids school uniform a month ago and still haven't received them when I called woman was super rude on the phone and hung up on me when I asked for a refund I went down to the shop and asked where my uniform is and for a refund she was cheeky to me and walked away not happy one bit
I was served straight away along with other Independent advice. Maureen goes above and beyond to help. Later, at home we realised the work uniform wasn’t the right size, I telephoned Maureen and she offered to stay back after closing to exchange. This lovely gesture just shows how this gem of a shop looks after the people of South Shields. Absolutely brilliant !!
I live near this shop and use it all the time for the most random things from my son's swim cap, to outdoor brooms, to sledges, to Halloween masks, etc. The woman who works at the till is always helpful and polite. If they have an item that I want, I would rather buy it from them. It's just such a handy shop to have nearby.
