Next time you are going to call. Give a time. I don't have to be up early. I don't get up early. Unhelpful staff at front desk when my original in person appointment got cancelled 4 times! And then wasn't contacted again with a new date, I had to go in to rebook. Regarding a mental health appointment! I won't be faffing around trying to make another appointment again just because I missed a call I wasn't even told a time for.

Earlier on in the year my 5yr old son had a bought of eczema on his hands which resulted in him scratching & it bleeding. I requested an appointment but was told there aren’t any for weeks and I should call 999 if he continues to do it, which is ridiculous advice. I also requested a call back in regard to some medication & that was around 6 weeks ago…. Still waiting for that call back. Staff are disgustingly rude and have been so unhelpful on multiple occasions. Was told patients are now expected to do research before appointments to save NHS time and when provided the research, was told that it was wrong. Especially did not like the remarks made when asked about sexuality, did not think the reaction received was needed at all. Overall a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. Recommend that they hire new receptionist staff.
