Honestly, where do I even start. We’ve been with Willow Practice for just over 28 years now, and they’ve genuinely come to feel like part of the family. We’re a big family with our fair share of complicated health needs between us, and through all of it Willow have been nothing short of wonderful. Avoid this practice if you value safe, dignified care. Communication is poor, clinicians are dismissive, and patients who do not speak fluent English are left without interpreters even when major decisions are being made. Vulnerable elderly patients have been spoken over, ignored when they ask for family involvement, and treated as inconvenient rather than as people. I would strongly caution anyone, especially families with elderly or vulnerable relatives, to think very carefully before registering with Willow Practice. In my family’s experience, the practice demonstrated poor communication, a dismissive attitude, and a serious lack of compassion when dealing with a vulnerable elderly patient. Concerns were not handled with the care, patience, professionalism or respect one would reasonably expect from a GP surgery.
