I have been a patient for about 20 years and have always been very happy with the service they offer, Dr Baum and the team have always been excellent and responsive, an excellent practice all-round. 10/10
Good GPs but incompetent receptionist. They messed up my test submission twice and they lied about printers not working. I had test results and treatment delayed by 2 weeks due to their reception staff. When asked to speak to the practice manager I was told to wait but no one came for more than an hour. When asked for email address to complain I was given the generic reception email. A formal complaint was filed to the NHS.
Best practice I’ve been registered with. All my queries were answered quickly and things sorted out very promptly. Amazing staff, friendly and approachable. Highly recommended, every time I had an issue, from appointments to seeing a specialist, or any other medical inquiry, from receptionist to nurses and doctors, every one was just amazing. Thank you!
A deeply disturbing practice. Long-standing effective medication was abruptly withdrawn from an elderly, disabled and vulnerable patient without any consent, without an interpreter, and without any clear alternative plan put in place, despite the patient explicitly stating they did not understand and repeatedly asking for family to be consulted first.
