Really good service
Very quick and efficient in responding to all medical enquiries
I recently moved to Willow Practice after seeing their good ratings, but unfortunately, I feel I made the wrong choice. They lost my test results, and every time I call, I’m told to call back the next day or email. I even sent an email over a week ago (8 days now) and still haven’t received a reply. What’s worse is that they haven’t even offered me an appointment to redo the test. I’ve never experienced such a careless and unresponsive attitude from a medical practice before — it’s really disappointing.
The GPs at Willow Practice are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr Knight and Dr Tindall have addressed my medical issues both in-person and through online consultations, and they have been excellent. My only minor gripe is that some of the admin processes, like patient registration, can be a bit slow at the start. Otherwise, keep up the great work!
