They don't listen to what you have to say, or they only listen for the sake of it. They don't give a shit about how you feel. Exercises, paracetamol and off you go. Waste of time
Unfortunately, Willow Practice is one of the worst and most unreliable GP surgeries I have ever dealt with. A few days ago, I called regarding an urgent prescription and was clearly told by a receptionist that it was ready for collection. Because of my health and mobility difficulties, I had to ask a friend to take time off work and drive me to the practice, only to discover that the prescription had not been prepared at all. I completed an online consultation this morning and was amazed by how quickly I received a response. After answering a few follow-up questions, I was offered a same-day appointment. The whole process was fast, efficient, and professional. Willow Practice provides an excellent service, and I’m very grateful for how promptly they dealt with my concern. Highly recommended!
