I would strongly caution anyone, especially families with elderly or vulnerable relatives, to think very carefully before registering with Willow Practice. In my family’s experience, the practice demonstrated poor communication, a dismissive attitude, and a serious lack of compassion when dealing with a vulnerable elderly patient. I have been with them for nearly 30 years ( with a bit of break). Amazing little practice. Wonderful Dr. Mandy and all others. Every time I needed something, they have been there.
Basically it is a wonderful clinic with all nice nurses and staff and a wonderful dr,namely dr Baum.
