Friendly and helpful staff.
I rented from Whitelocks for 6 years and have only good things to say about them. The rent was affordable, they fix any problems in good time and are always friendly and courteous. Having a decent landlord is so important, and I can’t rate Whitelock highly enough.
Avoid this company like the plague. We spent over 2 years living at ground floor 109 Parkstone avenue - we have suffered constant mould issues, they came and did some repairs then we reported a repair not being successful, and they didn’t do anything for 12 months until we reported dripping mould up our wall damaging our personal belongings and our health. They tried to pass the blame onto us but we are now having to take this court. The mould attacked the bedroom dining room and lounge and caused us to have acute bronchitis... read more
Only had amazing experience with Whitelock, if any issue occurred, they fix it very quickly without any delay, which is quite hard to find these days. Highly recommend!
